Our service in the BioZ includes the technical facility management, accounting of supply and disposal, trouble shooting and more.

The technical equipment of the BioZ is designed for the demands of ambitious biotech companies:

• Gas supply for CO2 und N2
• Neutralisation of laboratory wastewater
• Separated ventilation including air conditioning and ventilating plant with humidifying action in specific areas
• Laminar air flow by textile air discharge units
• Bioengineering room
• Clean room laboratories with human and material locks for separated material flows
• Clean rooms (class B) with security work benches (class A), partly with separate air discharge
• Area-wide fire detection
• Computing network
• Telecommunication network (Cat. 6 standard)

All technical facilities are controlled by a central building control system that allows short term trouble shooting.

Individual installation of technical facilities and customization of spaces are possible and will be supported.
