The Deilmann House has been built in 2003 as a public-private-partnership project. It continues the Technologiehof's concept and focusses on companies from the Life Science and ICT sector. Located in the Technology Park, the Deilmann- House is in the centre of Münster's technology hot spot.

The building offers spacious and customizable spaces on a long term rental base. Units ranging from 190 sqm to 230 sqm are available either individually or in combination. Single properties up to 2.500 sqm are thus possible. Tenants will actively participate the individual planning process for their properties.
