About 10.000 sqm floor space are available in the Technology Centre's three buildings. Starting with a single office up to a complete level, flexible and individual units of 30 - 400 sqm are offered.

You may choose between office, laboratory and workshop spaces due to your needs. Common facilities such as sanitation, kitchenette, meeting rooms, car park and winter gardens are included.
